					<description><![CDATA[Hi Richard, much respect for the website and the work that you do.  Just a comment on my experience changing the passport number on my d-ticket account.  Not having access to Facebook, I waited until visiting Thailand from the UK and presented myself at Hua Lamphong with passports old and new.  Between them the staff understood my request but were unable to assist, so I wonder if this is at all possible at railway stations?
My Thai wife called 1690 and we got a link to some email or text account to which we were able to upload photos of the passports, so success in the end!  Kind regards, David]]></description>
