If you are traying to book the sleeper service from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, for example, you must select the origin station as Krung Thep Aphiwat. If you choose Bangkok, the result will come back as Data not Found.

It says data not found as you are trying to buy tickets for routes that are not available. For example, there are NO trains that go between Bangkok Station and Chiang Mai. Long distance trains go from Krung Thep Aphiwat Station.
