Special No. 998: Chuk Samet to Bangkok

This is Special No. 998 train that goes between Chuk Samet and Bangkok Station (Hua Lamphong). This is a popular weekend beach train for holidaymakers coming home from Bangsaen Beach, Pattaya Beach, and Nang Ram Beach. The train departs Chuk Samet at 3:30 p.m. and Pattaya at 4:26 p.m. There are 2nd Class carriages  with reclining seats and air-conditioning. You can book online to reserve your seats. Tickets go on sale at the station and online up to 180 days in advance. There is also a daily local train Ordinary  No. 284. For this train you do not need to book in advance.
